Artist Juan Carlos Sánchez Lezcano, master of figurative and abstract elements

Juan Carlos Sánchez Lezcano is a renowned Cuban plastic artist, born on April 15, 1975 in Havana, Cuba. From an early age, he showed great interest and talent in art, which led him to study at the prestigious “San Alejandro” National School of Fine Arts.

His artistic style is characterized by a unique combination of figurative and abstract elements, creating works that convey deep emotional expression. Through his mastery of color, texture and composition, he manages to capture the essence of his subjects and take the viewer on a visual journey.

Resident in Tenerife since the beginning of this century, Sánchez Lezcano has participated in around a dozen individual exhibitions and taken part in many other collective exhibitions, as well as having obtained important awards, among which the University of La Laguna Painting Prize stands out.
