Cosme Herrera, sculptor who gives life to inert materials
Cosme Herrera is a Cuban sculptor born and raised in Havana, based in Austin, TX. He started out as a wood carver in the Havana area in late 1998. He began carving and exhibiting his first sculptures at the Malecón Art Fair.
